Due to the nature of our products (consumable and disposable vape items), all sales are final. For health and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on any used or opened products.


✅ Refunds (If Applicable)

We may offer refunds or store credit under the following conditions:

1. Wrong Item Received

If you receive the wrong product, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • A clear photo of the item received

  • A photo of the packaging and shipping label

We’ll verify and resolve the issue by either reshipping the correct item or issuing a refund.

2. Damaged or Defective Products

If your product arrives leaking, broken, or defective:

Once approved, we’ll issue a replacement or store credit.

3. Missing Items

If your package arrives incomplete:

  • Opened, used, or tampered products

  • Orders placed with incorrect address or customer error

  • Delays caused by shipping couriers or customs (but we’ll support you in tracking)

  • Vapes that become clogged after use (a known issue with oil-based disposables)
